Update the Eight Ates #16

Why:

To resolve some uncertainty around the intention of the Eight Ates, as raised on discord and this issue: https://github.com/Wookey-Technologies/magna-carta/issues/5#issue-1446993964

What's being changed:

Made it more clear to whom the Eight Ates apply and how they should be applied. Also added a little more detail to a couple of them

I love the update! It's even more inspiring than it was before. 💙 I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be merged, and in fact, I think it should be.
