在启动rsync进程同步之前能加个检测吗? #27

当inotify检测到有变化，触动rsync同步之前，能先加个对目标��
�机组的检测吗，先测试一下这些目录主机的rsync服务是否正��
�，不正常的话填接排除这些主机，并给出错误信息。

sersync暂时没有自动排除无法连接主机的功能，因为不知道是�
��标机rsync不正常，还是网络问题，还是本机其他问题，所以�
��使用前先保证rsync没有问题，启动后经常查看rsync_fail_log，��
�个文件里记录的rsync命令，是在失败重传一次之后写入的，��
�以可以查看哪个主机出现问题。
