jomres/temp/pdfs/terms_and_conditions_1.pdf - not updated #448

Wordpress 9.20

If the Property Description - Policies & disclaimers section is updated, the custom_text db table is updated.

But the jomres/temp/pdfs/terms_and_conditions_1.pdf does not get updated.

Should be resolved in 9.21.3
