Remove deprecated pinger #6

Purpose:

Pinger is not supported by the current Woopra backend. This PR is to remove the function.

Changes:

  1. Remove wPinger and pingEnabled from README and WTrakcer
  2. Remove WPinger from the codebase and compile sources.
