Significant drop in NPS after upgrading from version 0.19.0 to 0.20.0 #91

Hi 👋 We've seen a significant drop in our NPS and an increase in the number of responses right after we've updated the SDK from version 0.19.0 to 0.20.0, and there were no other changes in our app during that period that could explain this change in the NPS. We also haven't noticed a change in sentiment in the written responses that we've been receiving.

I can see that there were some "reskin" changes and also a change related the NPS slider. Could these have affected our NPS measurements? Does that mean that the current numbers are more accurate (or less accurate) than the numbers we were getting with the previous version of the SDK?

I just noticed that https://github.com/Wootric/WootricSDK-iOS/issues/90 could be related to what we're seeing.

Hi @fabio914 thanks for bringing this up. We just released version 0.20.1 which reverts the color back to the old value. Hopefully this fixes the drop in NPS 🙏
