New civs/update Fatal Scar Error #115

Hi,

Playing with new civs and Advanced Game Settings gives the "Fatal Scar Error" message and a black screen upon loading into a game.

This occurred in multiplayer and single player. I have disabled all mods and turned them on one by one to isolate it to this mod. I tried it on my wife's computer, and the issue persisted in all similar tests. For some reason, I didn't test any other civs- just the new fancy ones that came out. I am unsure if it affects the old civs.
