Text editor is "laggy" on some computers. #2

This is caused by DigitalRune.Windows.TextEditor.

Maybe move to ScintillaNET or create a new one, or fix this editor.

Since PawnPlus doesn't use DigitalRune.Windows.TextEditor I will close this issue.
