Change settings screen info box to use info notice styling #635

Currently it uses success type styling, but more recently the info type notice styling has been introduced to core.

I also noticed that the "Configure WordPoints to your liking" string at the top of the page is really unnecessary, and doesn't match the screen's current purpose. So I think I'll remove that.
