Remove 960.gs
Seperate out media query styles and only load them on the responsive theme
Seperate out the javascript and only load it on the responsive theme
set min-width by default and then remove min-width in responsive stylesheet (near media queries)
consider adding a grids_12 for the 12 based grid system that will be lost when moving away from grid960.gs
