Remove "WordPress" from handbook title. #326

Although I personally we should rename this handbook altogether (and remove "handbook"), can we remove WordPress from the title?

It's the only handbook that includes that title. The only benefit I could imagine it may have is for SEO but I don't believe "WordPress Advanced Administration" is a term that users are looking for.

The URL already doesn't include it, so nothing to do there.
