Blocks list page link needs updated #1086

Issue Description

The link to the "Details" block needs to be updated.

Section of Page with the issue

Under the Text Blocks section.

Why is this a problem?

The Details block page doesn't open to the right page.

Suggested Fix

Update the link to https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/details-block/
