This is on the Performance Dev notes for 6.4 https://github.com/WordPress/performance/issues/840

But last comment on trac is discussion of punting for 6.5, it looks like:

The update on the ticket shows this looks like it will be moved to 6.5. Abha has added a comment on this ticket that it will be removed from the 6.4 dev note and Field Guide listing.

@shabnam611 can you change the label to 6.5? Thank you.

@abhansnuk Can we copy the project board and add tickets like this to 6.5 to assist the next release group?
