Suggested edit add It is not uncommon for users to encounter errors when trying to upload files that are too large for their hosting provider's restrictions. Most hosting companies have a maximum file upload size limit in place, which can vary depending on the provider. If you are experiencing issues with uploading files, it may be helpful to check with your hosting company to see if you need to adjust this limit or try resizing your files to a smaller size before uploading. This simple solution can often resolve any issues you may be experiencing with uploading files.

This paragraph that reads After you add a file, you can edit the file name by typing inside the rectangle. You can click Replace to replace the file and upload another one. You can click Copy URL to copy the URL of the file. Is a little confusing it would read better as

After adding a file, you can edit the file name by typing inside the rectangle provided. You have the option to click on "Replace" to replace the current file with another one. Alternatively, you can click on "Copy URL" to copy the URL link of the file for easy sharing or embedding.

The Drag Icon heading has the wrong font size

NomadicMichael commented 3 months ago

The Replace header is a hyper link instead of a bold heading like other 6

NomadicMichael commented 3 months ago

The Copy URL is also a hyper link but twice as large nether hyperlink goes anywhere

The section More Rich text controls is duplicate to https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/more-text-editing-overview/. Can we remove from this article and just link consolidating information

The video in the article is the same as the latest version as there's no apparent need for the content change, other than the points mentioned by the previous owner of this issue.
