Please note https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/classic-themes/your-first-theme/ still has block theme information. I highly recommend adopting Justin's doc over the current content to avoid the frustration of visitors reaching this page to receive the block theme starter info. Likewise, there remain numerous benefits to using the legacy -- let's not say old -- workflow for many CMS features, especially to PHP developers!

We're going to overhaul all of Classic-related things into a single Classic Themes chapter. So, it'll be a bit before this goes live.

@ironnysh - I missed your earlier comment. Would you be interested in helping with overhauling other parts of the Classic Themes chapter?
