Issue Description

The documentation states that there is only one property for dimensions but there are new ones since 6.5 or 6.6.

Why is this a problem?

Now there is also :

aspectRatio (bool)
defaultAspectRatios (bool)
aspectRatios (array of values)

For now, there is no explanation about theses values. Hopefully, the theme.json schema helped me find the syntax for the custom aspects ratios

Suggested Fix

Add a section for each new value
Add an exemple on how to define custom aspect ratios
