This article is really important to me and it fails to give visual context. Right now I am still lost and feel the need to test many scenarios. What do you really mean by syncing? What does a pattern really not sync? What does it sync nonetheless? Reusable : I get, it was explained well but difference between template parts and patterns is really hard to get. Need more examples and situations.
