and

https://make.wordpress.org/training/handbook/training-team-how-to-guides/content-localization/translating-subtitles/

has slightly different instructions on how to get your subtitle translation posted. While the content is very similar, it is confusing. The first link asks to create a GitHub Issue and to request a translation review, while the second link does not in that order.

Suggestion: On https://make.wordpress.org/training/handbook/training-team-how-to-guides/content-localization/translating-subtitles/

Insert before #4 Have your translation reviewed https://make.wordpress.org/training/handbook/training-team-how-to-guides/content-localization/translation-reviews/ Next Add: Once done, notify a Translation Coordinator to approve the subtitles.

PLUS, there is an additional set of instructions that comes up under every video when you click on "Subtitle this video". Those instructions don't mention a review process for subtitle translations at all. https://wordpress.tv/subtitle/?video=117125
