Ok, so now I finally got it. The answers to the third question actually are meant to be checkboxes 😅

Then maybe I would still have a bit of feedback to make the experience a little smoother:

  1. Maybe every question could use a subtitle like "select one answer" or "select multiple answers"
  2. Is an overall score of 66.67% actually correct, if people overlook that the one wrong choice in the third question ("It's easier to convince humble people.")? After all, one didn't get the whole fourth answer wrong, only on tiny part of it. So I would suggest one of these solutions:
    • don't present a percentage based score at all. Only say "passed but did you notice?..."
    • calculate the score more accurately. My gut feeling in the case of this test was something like 90% would be much more fitting

I might be a little to adverse to tests in general – but I know that I'm not alone. And I think it would be unfortunate if this website would scare away possibly great new contributors.

Feedback Validation Checklist

The no: to paraphrase @hirasso's later comment on the original bug report, it's a feature, not a bug :-)

The yes: they share two ideas for improvement that are worth exploring:

  1. Maybe every question could use a subtitle like "select one answer" or "select multiple answers"
  2. Different score calculation

The first suggestion, especially, would create a smoother experience and help align expectations.
