If I like to take a course how to use WordPress and clicks on page "Beginner WordPress User" this page is not present. Fix.

It seems this is a similar issue as in: https://github.com/WordPress/Learn/issues/2544

It works if the language is explicitly set to English: https://learn.wordpress.org/course/beginner-wordpress-user/?locale=en_US

Looks like this was fixed in https://github.com/WordPress/Learn/commit/950c381313e2d5f61bde8d537ca5cb6c0f4b8390
