Could we just remove the whole "Filter by team" section? I'm not sure how useful it is, since "Team" isn't normally something that's added when planning an Online Workshop – see instructions here in the handbook. I also don't understand what "WordPress Roles & Capabitilities" is doing there.
@westnz @jonathanbossenger @Piyopiyo-Kitsune Do you agree with removing this section? Or is there some reason it should stay?

This is due to the fact that we're re-using the Make teams meeting calendar plugin to manage our online workshop display, and for some online workshops something's been added to the Team field in the admin UI
I've scanned through all the meetings, and removed anywhere text has been added to the Team field. The dropdown no longer displays on the front end.
What would be SUPER is if we could somehow customise the Meetings admin UI to remove the unnessecary fields, but I appreciate that's out of scope for launch.
Suggest we close this issue for now, and create a new one for improving the Meetings admin UI post-launch.
Thanks for going through all those, @jonathanbossenger. Don't know how those bits got added in the Meetings field, but I'll have a look the next time I schedule an Online Workshop and see if something got added on its own.

Possibly mistakes, possibly folks thinking it was needed. I know I've mistakenly pasted a link in there thinking it was the meeting link field in the past.
It's one of the reasons I'd love to see if we can limit that form to only the fields we need for our OWs. Documentation is great, but if the UI has extra fields, humans are just human.
