1. Go to 'https://learn.wordpress.org/'
2. Click on 'Submit an Idea button'
3. Hover on 'Contact Us Button'
4. See error

I've moved this issue from the pattern-directory repo, I think it was just accidentally created in the wrong place.

When the button is hovered over, the text color changes to white which is too light to be visible.

I went looking for some other button examples to see what this should be, and found this one also has the same issue (see on "Part 2: Personalized Site Design with Full Site Editing and Theme Blocks").

So maybe buttons need a better default style.
