Polyglots Outreach Effort and Posts

@varlese has shared that she will be starting a Polyglots outreach program, which will include monthly posts with a call for volunteers to help reach out to a series of locale teams.

Monthly posts will also have opportunities to develop and share new resources that locale teams can use to build their translation communities or to support new translation teams if a locale is inactive.

If the Marketing team has space to help spread the word, that would absolutely be welcome - for this post and/or for any of the upcoming monthly posts.

This will be included in the November Polyglots newsletter, but if there are other places we can help with sharing, that would be excellent.
