Team rep elections form needed as there are three candidates who have confirmed to go forward for two team rep spaces in 2023.

Adding more items for the agenda summarized from open floor from last week:

• Updates to the design and functionality of make.WordPress.org. Some people have had accessibility issues with comments, some think they can be improved for readability, and other comments on greater ease of navigation between teams. GitHub card to be created for this. To do.

• WPPhotos: During the past few weeks, WPPhotos shared some social posts to encourage photo contributions about holidays, traditions, and celebrations around this time of year. You can help spread the word by liking, sharing, etc. Links to social posts can be found on this GitHub card (#80).

Hi! Sharing some updates for the meeting:

• The November 2022 edition of The Month in WordPress is live: https://wordpress.org/news/2022/12/the-month-in-wordpress-november-2022/. For those interested in contributing to the next edition, this is the GitHub card: https://github.com/WordPress/Marketing-Team/issues/154.

• Regarding the #WPPhotos campaign, I took some inspiration from Lauren's TT3 form and drafted this brief questionnaire to help gather some photo stories for social media. After the holiday break, I'd like to coordinate and collaborate with those who expressed interest to circulate it and encourage people to share any stories behind their photo contributions. This is the related GitHub card for now: https://github.com/WordPress/Marketing-Team/issues/80#issuecomment-1332536481, but I will probably open a new one for this particular effort.
