Develop a widget for WordPress dashboard to offer Mobile app installation #201

The easiest way to raise awareness that the Mobile application exists and can be used is to add a nice and attractive widget to the Dashboard presenting the Mobile Application and offering its installation. It will be especially beneficial when people are using WordPress Dashboard from mobile devices.

The dashboard widget will be a reminder for developers that this feature can be offered to users as one more plus to choose WordPress in the first place.

I suggested a mockup: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/56277#comment:3 And also discovered that I can't find any official documentation on how to use the apps. If so, I suggest discussing the need for user documentation for mobile apps as well, and if it exists, make it more visible and link from https://wordpress.org/mobile/.

Just saw the above and thought I'd chime in. There is some documentation at https://apps.wordpress.com/support/ that could probably be leveraged.
