Collect and create materials for Marketing Team Contributor tables at WordCamps #229

In order to facilitate the Marketing Team's participation in Contributor Days at various WordCamps and not just flagships, we need to have a pre-made collection of instructions and materials that we can share with Table Leads for those events.

I'd like to gather those materials here, perhaps concurrently with preparing for the WCEU Contributor Day, and then create a place for them in the Marketing Team Handbook.
