Optional notes and details

Due to an issue with the initial package, WordPress 6.5.1 was not released. 6.5.2 is the first minor release for WordPress 6.5.

Security backports are also available for other major WordPress releases, 6.0 and later.

Hi @peterwilsoncc, I am working on this for you. I have a quick question, though. Is the official title for the release 'WordPress 6.5.2 Maintenance and Security Release'? The post's headline and body copy show different ordering to say 'security and maintenance release...' instead. Do you have a preference for how this title should be used?

@bjmcsherry I would highlight Security for this one, but ultimately it's not an important detail
