Provide instructions for the generation of white-paper PDFs.

I've tried to find out how this was previously done, but haven't discovered how. It seems like if we either find out or try a new method then we should attempt to incorporate #57.

I found who had previously done it, but they are on sabbatical so unavailable, will try reaching out when they are back (next week).
