Add a blueprint for setting up a theme with some initial content (using "importThemeStarterContent")

It would be great for theme developers to have a blueprint example the loads a themes and do some initial setup like importing some started content.

The step "importThemeStarterContent" can be used to load some starter content for the theme but there are no examples of using it.
