Removing IE11 entry, CSS, and logo #59

I removed the entry for the IE 11 browser, as well as removed the CSS & logo from the sprite.

Would resolve #49 and same effort on #50

Thanks for the PR, @williammincy! And for everyone chiming in.

I merged #50 as the resolution to remove IE from the list immediately. But related assets (as included in this PR) haven't been removed as IE may get reintroduced with better context detection so that it can appear for the very small subset of users who would otherwise have no other choice.
