This adds a new theme initially started by Eder Rengifo @ederrengifo.

To do:

[ ] Check which other templates we would like to add to the theme
[ ] Add a credits file
[ ] Review the current code so that it passes the theme review and it's up to the standards of the repo
[ ] Add a proper screenshot
[ ] Include credits for the images used
[ ] Check the name against the .org repo, I'm suspecting this one will be taken
[ ] Create patterns were needed (for translation purposes)

The name is taken, but the theme was never published (live) I believe.

I will merge this so people can contribute to the theme. I will open issues for what's missing
