Determine which templates are needed for the Contributor Handbook #1

We may create forms that can be used to create these issues, which might help with input of issues.

Some possible issues/templates/forms/workflows might be needed. We can break these down into separate issues and categorize them at a later time.

The structure of the template:

  1. The URL to the page where issue is found (if applicable)
  2. Describe the issue?
  3. How is issue effecting you?
  4. How will fixing issue help you?
  5. Do you have a suggestion how the issue can be fixed?
  6. Additional resources
  7. Your WordPress.org username
