Google Docs are the tool of choice for collaborating on an article

follow heading hierarchy H2, h3, (maybe h4 )
Share it via everyone with link can comment, so reviewers can offer copy suggestions and comment on the content.

Not sure why that would.be needed. Those docs are mostly ephemeral.

I don't know if I went overboard, but I wanted to provide a few examples of common elements that I find useful in my own work. And I can certainly add more details/examples too.
