This PR takes care of a few small housekeeping issues for this repository.
It updates the theme name from Gutenberg, to Gutenberg Starter Theme, to avoid confusion with the plugin's name.
It revises README.md and the theme description in style.css to provide a more accurate framing of the repo. (NOTE: The theme options section of that readme is dependent on #88).
It adds CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, using the usual WP templates for those files (I modeled them after what's in the design-experiments repo).
It adds a CONTRIBUTORS.md, sourced from the commit history in the repo.
