This fixes a handful of issues raised by the Theme Check plugin:
It updates the text domain to match the slug and the theme name: From gutenbergtheme to gutenberg-starter-theme. It also updates function names to match.
It uses add_theme_page() instead of add_menu_page() for the Theme Options (This ends up placing the theme options in the Appearance menu instead of the top-level).
It switches previous and next arrows (← and →) to their html-code equivalents.
