Mobile: improve the toolbar buttons

Testing a bit on a real mobile device, first thing noticed is that the usability of the toolbar buttons could be improved.

The "Save draft" button:

• Not sure the icon is the most appropriate one: it looks more like an "upload to the cloud" icon and it's not so immediate to understand it's meant to save a draft.
• It's a bit too close to the Preview button: tapping on it requires a very accurate "targeting". Some more spacing or a larger tappable area may help.

The "More" button:

• It's very small. Tapping on it is very, very, difficult. I see other buttons keep the standard size of 36 by 36 pixels, not sure why the More button has a smaller padding on small screens.
• Even if it was a bit bigger, it's very close to the Settings button: some more spacing or a larger tappable area may help.

Aside: the screenshot above are taken using Firefox for Android. Notice the vertical alignment of the text within the "Preview" and "Publish" buttons seems a bit off. Instead, on Chrome it looks better (see screenshot below):

Just want to add that when editing a published post there is an option to switch to draft which is a text button. Perhaps we could switch that cloud icon to a Save text button just as well?

We are discussing the issue during a Gutenberg Design Triage, and we feel that @draganescu 's suggestion of adding a text link will improve the user interface.

We might as Full Site Editing uses the word Save instead of Publish also at a future date switch over to using the word Save.
