New block: Countdown Timer #26541

I believe it will be a nice feature to have a countdown timer block, for example something like the one here: (https://youtu.be/o8yn9q5p9rY).

Requirements:

To be able to set a countdown timer
To be able to customize the countdown's style & layout
Once the timer reaches zero, to be able to choose whether to hide the countdown or show a message or something else

Why do you think, we should add this to core? Maybe a plugin and installing it via the block directory is a better place for this type of block?

Most page builders have it as a functionality out of the box, it's an often used component in a lot of sites and having it implemented without the need to install a plugin, could be a nice experience.
