Show a message on Editor when Distraction Free Mode is active #46543

What problem does this address?

From time to time, I see users complaining about missing editing tools when loading the Editor. In most cases, the user activated the Distraction Free mode and forgot how to disable it.

What is your proposed solution?

It would be great to show a message for a few seconds explaining the Distraction Free Mode is active and how to disable it. Something like:

The Distraction Free Mode is active! Click here to show editing tools.

When are thinking this would appear? On every page in the editor? I'm not sure how we could surface it in a way that's not in the way for those folks who do know about the view.

I did add a snackbar notification for when you first turn it on/off.
