Refine Block Description- Quote Block #47769

What problem does this address?

Hovering over the Quote Block in the Block Inserter, it displays the description and the quote. It seems unnecessary to show both the description and the quote, as it has already been referenced in the supporting image.

This is also inconsistent, as the Pullquote block displays only the description and supporting image.

What is your proposed solution?

Remove the quote from the description text in the Quote Block. I have issued a supporting PR below.

I'd be fine with just Give quoted text visual emphasis.—removing the quote from the description.
