I really like the idea of shuffling pattern! Or basically the idea of having specific content assigned to a different pattern. But would it also make sense to be able to choose a pattern via dropdown? I think that is useful in the case where there are many patterns to shuffle through, but I know exactly which pattern I would like to choose.

Noting that shuffling was merged for patterns, which should be an interesting point of feedback around whether and how much to expand shuffling further to content blocks in general: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/59251
