Site Editor, Appearance Editor, Design #59329

Description

When I am in the WordPress dashboard, I see Appearance > Editor. When I've entered the Site Editor, the left panel is named Design.

We should be consistent in our naming. I don't have particular leanings to calling things one way or the other, only that this week 2 different people asked if we still call it FSE. If we've worked so hard to call it Site Editor, perhaps we say that under Appearance > Themes AND also once inside the Site Editor.

Let's be consistent in our naming.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

This is 6.5 beta 2: image image

I see that in 6.1 we used to call this Editor. image

Appearance -> Edit site would be consistent with the Edit site item on the top admin bar. "Editor" is quite vague, there can also be a "Theme File Editor" item under Appearance, I think.
