Documentation: Remove Puppeteer references #60416

The block-editor developer handbook still contains references for Puppeteer. Now that the project has been fully migrated to Playwright, these pages need to be updated accordingly.

Incomplete list of documentation pages

https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/explanations/architecture/automated-testing/ - this page can be removed. The handbook already has a "Testing Overview" page.
https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/contributors/code/testing-overview/ - update the e2e test section and reference Playwright in examples.
https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/contributors/code/testing-overview/e2e/ - remove references to Puppeteer and migration.
https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/contributors/code/testing-overview/e2e/migration/ - maybe replace with the "Best Practices" page.

I think we should not remove the architecture page, instead we should add more architecture pages explaining the different decisions that are made over time.

Questions like: why aren't we using Cypress or something like that comes very often and it's a good way to document some of these decisions over time.
