Make the Post Title block name more distinguishable

Following a discussion on the Italian Polyglots Slack channel, the name of the Title block (formerly Post Title) works in English but it's less than ideal in other languages.

The block name was changed from Post Title to Title in https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/50147. The 'post' prefix was removed from other block names in https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/53459.

I do understand the reasoning behing that change. However, many languages transtlate 'Title' and 'Heading' with the same word, which i sthe equivalent of the English 'title'.

I'm not sure we can blame translators for this. The translations are correct, as 'heading' means 'title' in many languages. To me, this is not a translation issue. The Title block name is now just too generic and ends up to be the same of another block which is correctly translated to Title. This makes the UI very confusing.

The different icons help sighted users, although I'd argue that's not ideal for sighted users as well. However, for blind screen reader users, the Heading and Title blocks end up having the same translated name. There is no way to distinguish the two blocks when announced by screen readers.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Test switching the WordPress admin to the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Russian, Chinese.
Go to the Post editor and open the main inserter.
Search for the related block names for that language: titolo, título, rubrik, Заголовок, 标题
Observe both the Heading and the Title blocks have the same (translated) name.

When the new name was applied we haven't recognized the possible conflict with our translations for the "Heading" block. It happens, even when you try to be as careful as you can. So we are reasoning about how to anticipate this kind of situations in the future. We understand that naming things is not so easy in an international project. We also understand that "post" was not the right word and that the upcoming issue for translations was not foreseeable.

We have thought to a word in Italian to pair with "title" for that context, not easy. For "Heading" we have another word in Italian that could fit: "Intestazione" and we are generally open to change historical translations, but only when there is an error or when we decide that we could earn benefits for all. So we were stuck between two solutions, both of which were valid.

Localization sometimes requires to "fix" some situations, staying within the limits of what is reasonable. And this situation required a fast response. So yesterday evening we had our last Italian Polyglots meetings about this and we decided to change the Italian translation of the "Title" block name in "Titolo del contenuto" (such as "Content title"), a compromise (we don't know if temporary or permanent) to solve the confusion created not only to who use the screen reader, but for all Italian users in general, with the minimum impact for longstanding users who are used to find "Headings" under the "Titolo" translation.

We will follow this case with interest.
