Close the Hosting Meetup and update the Live page

We are going to close the Hosting meetup https://www.meetup.com/wphosting/ and transfer it to the Learn WordPress Online Workshops https://www.meetup.com/learn-wordpress-online-workshops/.

@JavierCasares will speak with the Community team to process the closing and changing.

Also, there is some need to update the Live page in the handbook, and adapt all the information on how to contribute on the Learn WordPress Meetup.
