PDF generation for wcdocs fails #100

PDF generation in http://2014.seattle.wordcamp.dev/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcdocs fails

The reason that it is not working is that wkhtmltopdf is not installed on vagrant.

I was able to get it to work by running these commands on the vagrant envoirnment and then vagrant relaod

You could add the commands to the vvv-init.sh script, similar to https://github.com/WordPress/meta-environment/pull/101/commits/432f812e3d188339f67461a5b09254e83218f797#diff-d65fabbffdc7823011957bc2f52262e0R82.
