Remove troubleshooting steps related to the folder name bug that no longer exists, and fix some other things

I also noticed the VM memory instructions told users to update 512 to 1024 in the vagrant file. VVV specifies 2048 by default, and does so via the vvv-custom.yml file in a vm_config section
