wordpressorg.dev: Theme updates available #76

The following themes have updates available after a freshly provisioned site:

• P2 Classic • Twenty Fourteen • Twenty Fifteen • Twenty Sixteen

Ideally with a fresh checkout these themes should be up to date

I think this is always going to be true, unless we constantly update the environment. Given how many other things are higher priorities, though, I don't see that ever happening.

We can definitely update them periodically while touching similar things, though.
