Jetpacks Custom CSS module not registering as active #83

When working on a WordCamp meta site and attempting to set up the Remote CSS, it returns an error that the Jetpack Custom CSS module is not active even when it is active on all the WordCamp sites.

Can you check if you're running the latest version of Jetpack, and also that you've done a git pull in the Remote CSS plugin directory, to get the latest code there too.

There've been some significant changes to both in the past few weeks.

Jetpack was up to date but the Remote CSS plugin was not. Thanks
