VVV has been updated to use `vvv-config.yml` to add sites #85

As the latest version VVV uses a vvv-config.yml file to list sites it should fetch and provision. The meta environment is already listed but is commented out by default.

This PR brings the docs up to date with VVV for anyone new like me trying to get setup!

These updated docs reflect my experience as well with the new vvv-config.yml file. Can we get this merged?

@LoreleiAurora Can you clarify whether the wordpress-meta-environment lines should be uncommented in vvv-config.yml or vvv-custom.yml. I'm wondering if changes to vvv-config.yml are lost when VVV is updated?

@kevinwhoffman vvv-config.yml is under version control and will get reset when updating, so you're right, using vvv-custom.yml is better if you want to be able to keep VVV up-to-date.

@coreymckrill Thanks for confirming. Then we should probably recommend vvv-custom.yml in the Installation instructions and the inline documentation of vvv-config.yml above the meta lines.
