Description
WordPress/openverse-frontend#2175 grew to be too big, so I extracted a part of it into this PR. This PR only deals with the single result pages (image, image/report, audio). It also refactors the
VSkipToContentContainerto allow setting its tag tomain.Testing Instructions
The single result pages should have a "Skip to content" link that is the first element on the page that gets focus.
