Update documentation site logo with brand colours #1243

Problem

@zackkrida reports that the documentation site Openverse logo "does not feel right".

Description

~Improve the logo. concider adding a yellow background to reinforce the brand. This will need input from Francisco.~ ~- @zackkrida ~

With input from Francisco, the logo only needs to be slightly smaller. The white color is okay.
